These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fresh Fit Bowl website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. About Us
Fresh Fit Bowl is a food preparation and delivery service that offers freshly prepared protein bowls, healthy meals, and meal plan subscriptions. Our registered office is located at Siliguri, West Bengal, India and our FSSAI licence details are available on request.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and account registration.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will receive an order confirmation via the email address or phone number provided at checkout. An order is only confirmed once payment has been authorised (for prepaid orders) or upon acceptance of cash on delivery.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees and taxes are added at checkout based on your delivery address. We accept the following payment methods: cash on delivery, UPI, and online payments via Razorpay (where enabled by the operator). You are responsible for any charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or high order volumes. We only deliver to the localities and PIN codes listed at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information, including a reachable phone number and a complete address. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unavailability, the order may be cancelled without a refund.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review the Refund Policy before placing an order.
7. Subscriptions and Meal Plans
Meal plan subscriptions are billed upfront for the duration selected (trial, weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled subject to notice requirements. Refunds for unused subscription days are considered on a case-by-case basis as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Gym Partnerships
Gym owners who register their gym through our platform agree to the commission structure set by the operator. Commission is calculated on the subtotal of each eligible order delivered to the gym, excluding delivery fees and taxes. Commission payouts are processed periodically as determined by the operator.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
- Post defamatory, obscene, or harmful content in reviews or communications;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and code, is owned by Fresh Fit Bowl or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Our Services integrate with third-party providers including Razorpay for online payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Fit Bowl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fresh Fit Bowl, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Siliguri, West Bengal.
